Our story
Founded by a builder, run by builders.
WSF Construction Services Inc. was founded in 2024 by Gustavo Favetta, a craftsman who'd spent years watching homeowners get handed off between sales reps, estimators, project managers and rotating subcontractors, with the builder they shook hands with often never showing up on site again.
We do it differently. The same 6-person crew that walks your project on day one walks it on day fifty. Same hands. Same standards. Same accountability.
We're based in Holliston, Massachusetts, where most of our crew lives. We cover MetroWest and Greater Boston: Wellesley, Newton, Weston, Dover, Southborough, Sudbury, Concord, Needham, Natick, Sherborn, Medfield, Foxboro, Attleboro, Brookline, Chestnut Hill, Hingham, Arlington, Lexington, Acton, Hopkinton, and the towns in between.
The standards we hold
Four non-negotiables.
One crew, start to finish
No revolving door of subcontractors. The team that quotes your job is the team that builds it. Same faces, every day.
Fixed written quotes
Line-item proposals with allowances spelled out. We hold to within 5% of final unless you change scope.
Permits, properly pulled
Electrical, plumbing, structural: we pull the permits, schedule the inspections, and pass them in your town's name.
Insured to $2M aggregate
Atlantic Casualty Insurance Company general liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate, $2,000,000 completed ops. COI on request.
