Kitchen Remodeling in MetroWest MA — Built for How You Actually Live.
From a cabinet refresh to a tear-down-to-studs full reno, one licensed crew, start to finish.
What's actually included
Your kitchen is the room your family actually lives in. We build it for that: durable surfaces, smart layouts, real storage, and finishes that age well. Whether you want a clean modern white-and-walnut shaker or a layered traditional with custom millwork, WSF handles design coordination, permits, demolition, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, counters, tile, and final punch-list, all under one roof.

Permits, materials & demo
We pull Holliston / your town permits, order long-lead items first, and protect the rest of your home before demo.

Frequently asked
Kitchens: common questions.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?+
Four to eight weeks is typical from demo day to final walkthrough, driven mostly by cabinet lead time and stone fabrication. We tell you the full schedule in writing before any work starts.
Do I need permits for a kitchen remodel in Massachusetts?+
If the project involves electrical, plumbing, gas, or structural changes, yes. We pull every permit in your town's name and schedule the inspections so you don't have to.
Can I keep my kitchen functional during the work?+
We help you set up a temporary kitchen (microwave, sink, fridge) in another room before demo. Most clients prefer this over moving out.
What's the typical budget range?+
Cosmetic refreshes start around $18k–$25k. Mid-range full renos run $45k–$75k. Tear-down-to-studs with structural changes can exceed $100k. Your written quote will hold to within 5% of final.
Do you handle design, or do I bring my own plans?+
Both. We work from your designer's drawings, your Pinterest board, or we collaborate on layout and finish selection from scratch.
Are you insured if something goes wrong during the job?+
Yes. WSF carries $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability through Atlantic Casualty. Certificates of insurance available on request.
