Services / Baths
Bathrooms designed for the rituals that bookend your day.
Frameless showers, freestanding tubs, heated tile floors, and the waterproofing you don't see.
What's actually included
A bathroom renovation lives or dies behind the tile, not on top of it. We over-spec the waterproofing, slope shower pans correctly, vent moisture properly, and use plumbing fittings that don't need warranty calls in year three. From a half-bath refresh to a primary suite with a wet room and radiant floors, WSF does it all in-house.

Frequently asked
Baths: common questions.
How small a bathroom is too small to renovate?+
We've worked in half-baths under 25 sq ft. There's no minimum, just different priorities. Smaller rooms mean smarter storage, not less quality.
Can you do tub-to-shower conversions?+
Yes, it's one of our most common bath projects. We re-vent, re-slope, re-tile, and re-glass the entire stall with proper waterproofing.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?+
Two to four weeks is typical for a full bath. Powder rooms can be one to two weeks. We give you the calendar in writing before demo day.
Do you really do the waterproofing properly?+
Yes. That's where most bathroom failures come from. We use Schluter Kerdi or equivalent membrane systems on every wet-area install, not just cement board and hope.
Is a heated floor worth it in Massachusetts?+
For primary baths and master suites, yes. Radiant electric mats add maybe $1,200 to $2,500 to a project and you'll notice them every winter morning. We always run the wire layout for client approval first.
What's the typical bathroom budget range?+
Powder rooms run $9k–$15k. Standard full baths $22k–$42k. Primary baths with double vanity, wet room, and heated floor can run $55k–$90k+. Written quotes hold to within 5%.
